Use of the site and the desk
You may read this site and try the drawing desk without an account. Use them to draw a job and to ask about StoCAD. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or send unlawful material through the forms.
Enquiries and seats
An enquiry or a request for a seat is not a contract. A seat, a package, a fee, or any other arrangement is in place only when it is agreed in writing, including by email. Until then, nothing on this site obliges either of us.
Drawings
There is no warranty on drawings, dimensions, or cutlists. You check the dimensions before cutting or ordering. StoCAD is a drawing tool. It is not a survey, a structural design, or a promise that a sketch is fit to build from.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fees you have paid for StoCAD. Phil Stone is not liable for lost profit, wasted materials, or other indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited.
VAT
Not VAT registered. Prices are final; no VAT is added.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. The courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction.
